Kivotos meaning “ark” in Greek is a journey through memory, flavour, and heritage. Founded by chef-owner George Giannoulis, Kivotos is built on the belief that food can carry the stories of generations. Inspired by his upbringing in the coastal town of Loutraki and his training at Athens’ Le Monde Institute, George blends tradition with modern technique to deliver a fresh, soulful Greek experience to Canberra.
